Computer Basics - $50

This course covers the basic parts of the computer, computer terms, the keyboard and using the mouse. It is a hands on course and students use a sample document to learn the basic operations, save on a disk and print a document. It is a prerequisite for all other courses.

Beyond the Basics - $50

This three session class continues from the introduction to computers to exploring File Management as it pertains to fundamental usage of  your computer.  Students will learn how to create, save and/or find files and folders.  Also learn to copy, cut and paste.  You will understand how managing files relates to email, the Internet, attachments, photos, downloading and uploading.

Exploring Windows 7 - $50

This three session course is designed to familiarize you with many of the features and functions of Windows 7 for both intermediate and advanced users, including the Desktop, the Start menu, Gadgets, Windows Explorer, customizing system settings and using  maintenance tools.

Computing in the Cloud - $50

In these three sessions you will learn how to use the FREE version of Microsoft Office Web Apps and Google Docs to create and store files on-line. These files can then be shared with others and updated from any computer attached to the Internet.
